I'd be more than glad to contribute. It's something I've wanted to do 
since I subscribed to this list, I've just never been really sure where 
to begin. Such a daunting task really, but with a few people who can 
head it up and help coordinate the development of it, it should be much 
easier. Now we just have to wait for the other 74 to respond.

There was the WordPress User Manual idea prior to the release of Mingus 
(http://wiki.wordpress.org/UserManual), but I would imagine that you, as 
well as the rest of us, have seen that already. 'Twas a fantastic idea 
and most of the work that was done on it is excellent in my opinion. 
I've used it as a reference myself on more than one occasion.
