[wp-docs] Getting back to the task

I hope to me active now on, too. A temporary academic crunch situation
is now a thing of the past.

I will hopefully start by reading what's already there, and helping
improve it if I can.

The features list - Podz, please go ahead. I will work on it too.

A decent "how to write plugins" is something I would like to tackle, too.

The enable sending referrers problem and a list of solutions would be
a very useful page indeed.

And as for the WP link dump page, maybe you could call it the Support
Swiss Knife :)

We owe a lot to you, Podz :)
