[wp-docs] How do I ? page

That was my initial thought, but using the list I have open when I'm 
helping in the forum, that would mean 23 pages just for the first 
section of the list. For maintenance purposes, that's a huge number.

The method I'm proposing would mean 1 page for the questions, and maybe 
4 for all the answers.

I'm pretty sure I can get it working, but because it's potentially a 
huge task (I'll trawl the forums even more than I do for more issues) 
I'm reluctant to press on until there is a consensus.
