The feed said "Backup the database" had changed.
I go there.

What I recall creating was a page with screenshots.
A page that could easily be followed by someone who had never done the 
task before.

Now some frigging idiot has wandered in, deleted it all, and put two 
EXTERNAL links in there.
What is it about Codex they don't bloody well get ?????????
