No doubt the formatting could do with some love, though I have tried 
this time !

I haven't removed any direct download code yet - daughter hijacked this 
machine - and until I can talk with Farook, that link has to stay 
anyway. I'll look at the other links in a while.

I've also removed the merge request too.
