I'd ban 'em for months :)

Until that happens, all I can see we can do is state that all non-logged 
in changes will be deleted immediately.
I have the Recent Changes' feed which has alerted me to crap there 
before, and like I said, I'll post a txt version somewhere just in case.

I can't email Fahim about his Blacklist link - no address. Anyone got it 
? (I've left a comment asking for contact on his page).
