This is all good, but I'm still curious (I wasn't clear before) what
constitutes a "review of some sort" to the point that it's ok to include
a thing. How does one know when their plugin is qualified enough to add
themselves to the codex?
I'll throw this out as written "loose" criteria for passing the
requirement: A plugin must post an announcement to the support forums
and/or hacker list, and receive at least one subsequent "works as
expected for me without error" message before it's listed in codex.
(Announcement URL and plugin landing page URL to be attached to the
codex listing?)
Make the policy to remove appearing plugins that fail to meet this
limited criteria?
