Oh.

Rather than a "FileZilla" tutorial, how about a "How to upload" tutorial 
that focuses on FileZilla?  You could mention other FTP clients there, 
too (since I've never even heard of FileZilla until just now - I use 
AceFTP).  In that regard, I think the text on How_to_Install_WordPress 
needs to change from "(You could use FileZilla to do this)" to "(How do 
I do this?)".  This leaves room for a link to your new cpanel stuff, too.
