[wp-docs] Translating page moved, but...

Sorry, I tried to move my Translating WordPress page from my_pages to
the main namespace, like it was suggested
(to move here:
 http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress )

but I forgot the capital P in wordpress, so now it is at
 http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_Wordpress
which causes 2 problems:

1. not consistent with the rest of the codex
2. in the Localization page (http://codex.wordpress.org/Localization )
there are two links to the Translating WordPress page - and they are
still pointing toward an "empty" page.

I couldn't figure out how to correct this mistake... so before
creating more mess :) I'd like to ask a more knowledgeable list member
to re-name it.
