I got started on the page. Basically the goal is to very explicitly spell 
out the editing of every line and renaming the file wp-config.php. I'm 
going to be away from the web for a day or two, so if anyone wants to take 
a whack at it feel free. When it's done we can link to it from step 3 of 
the 5 minute installation.
