[wp-docs] Plugin Documentation

I was poking around the SquirrelMail project 
(http://www.squirrelmail.org/) today, looking for a plugin I might find 
useful.  When nothing turned up, I thought I might take a stab at 
writing the plugin myself, so I wandered over to their plugin documentation:

_Wow!_  I know that kind of documentation takes a LONG time to develop, 
but I think that could serve as a very good working model for us to 
emulate: thorough, organized, and immensely accessible.
