[wp-docs] New Wiki

This e-mail is about making the wiki l18n ready and creating a structure by
using subpages.

I just wanted to point out that there are now several international support
pages.
I know of the German one (wordpress.de) and a Japanese one (see
http://wiki.wordpress.org/WordPressLocalization#docs). But there were more,
as far as I remember.
Therefore, I would suggest to include an international section to the new
wiki, with links to those sites, and with sub-projects. So, we would have a
place to start an e.g. Spanish support section. (E.g. at
/Interenational_Support/Spanish/Home_Page)
However, I have no clue where to include that section on the codex.
Plus, the new wiki already looks way messy.
You might think about not placing any wiki page on the "root level", but
only create subpages. That might help keep everything neatly ordered. (Like
/Installation/Quick_Installation instead of writing everything to
/Installation)
