Why are you using that capitalization anyway? Sentence case (e.g. "How 
to style lists" is easier to read (assuming that most such links will 
be longer than ~3 words). In rare cases it's also less ambiguous (e.g. 
"Ancient china" vs. "Ancient China").

There is on wikipedia.org. For example, watch the h --> H:
