I was just about to suggest this, too.  The auto-generated TOC makes 
categorization of long pages a breeze.  The section-specific edit links 
are also great.  We can use the anchor tags for mid-page linking from 
other pages/

Does Wikipedia have a guideline for page length?  I think we should be 
looking hard at them for our standard operating procedures, in general. 
  If they don't have a page-length guideline, then I don't know that we 
need one just yet...
