I think we should not be afraid to rename pages if we feel it's 
necessary, especially in the early life of a page. I agree that 
redirects are a little messy, but I think they can be worth the 
clutter, especially when a site like this is so new. I would definitely 
prefer to improve page titles early on and introduce a few small 
maintenance relics rather than live with less meaningful titles at the 
expense of usability.
