[wp-docs] Democrazy

Folks,

I think it would be nice to make the process of choosing doc standards
or norms (like the capitalization of titles at the wiki) a democratic
process, with everyone who's a user at the wiki having a vote. This
can be extended to other things, like wikipedia does. We could use a
Community page to do this.

The way I see it, we could propose and refine ideas here, state our
case, and then choose one out of the differing options by 'voting' at
a (yet to be created) poll page at the codex.

What say you?
