[wp-docs] The Loop needs love.

I do plan on tackling this:
- create a html page with <shudder>tables</shudder>
- pull in The Loop from /1css and then
- display with no css / with css

It may be trickier than I imagine, but the basics will (should) be 
illustrated.
This will be done at T2/wordpress - without examples I have not a clue 
as to how to explain it on Codex .....

It won't be an explanation as much as "Do this".

Timetable .... err...hmm..if not by Friday, it could well be much after 
- got something happening Friday.
