 From a usability standpoint, I think the simpler the page titles are, 
the better. A page about posting should be simply titled "Posting", 
unless that's not specific enough for the content or it conflicts with 
another pages, in which case we can make use of disambiguation pages, 
redirects, and reference links as needed.
