If by "task based" you mean the logic of the operations a blogger has
to perform - from installation up until customization, posting etc. -
then I agree 100%.

If it is an alphabetized "task list" as is the codex now, I am not
sure everybody can find what they are looking for (people rarely learn
the specific terminology :)

know... but can do a brainstorming.
