Ah... now I deliberately picked the words top and bottom to try and
prevent any confusion with wp files.
Maybe I should say something like "In 1.3 these files will be called
'header' and 'footer' so name them that way if you want but don't get
them confused"
...but then sidebar.php comes in there too ....
