[wp-docs] Mailing List Feature Req.

Mailman sends a monthly reminder that I am on this list.

Can Mailman be configured to send 'opt-in' reminders instead, and the 
mailing list instead of growing and showing amounts of people that are 
happy to recieve mail yet not respond be cropped on a monthly basis.

Yes, someone will say that they may miss a crucial email, or that if 
they go away disaster may befall, but as it is, if 5000 people subbed to 
this list, and never responded again, Mailman would happily send mails 
out. Seems a bit odd.

I suggest the model be 'active-in' rather than 'passive-in'
