[wp-docs] Images & Codex

Although the images appear to have gone, codex still has the list. 
Uploading an image therefore gets a warning when one is plainly not 
needed right now.
I've taken a copy of the Images page - how about keeping a copy of that 
on the wiki for a few days and then deleting the codex uploads list of 
now-gone images ?

Also, I had this last night but it persists - any codex page will load 
to about 60%, then slow, then about 80% almost stop loading. Makes use 
of it very slow.
