[wp-docs] How To Modularize WordPress using PHP Include

hey all, i just added a tiny little page:

and it's linked to from here:

http://wiki.wordpress.org/HowTo

I'm pretty new at all this Wiki stuff and i realize i made the HowTo 
link wrong, but that whole HowTo page could use some cleanup and i 
don't really feel confident enough to tackle that job.  Matt 
recommended i add it to the old Wiki and somebody could move it later.  
Advice, hints, tips, corrections appreciated.
