[wp-docs] CSS and Help

Given the interest in the Kubrick CSS, are there any plans to change the 
default CSS that ships with the WP download ?

What about adding a 'Help' page to the download, with a link from the 
admin menu ?
It could include the uri's to the most faq'd of the faq questions, the 
plugin page at the wiki, styles / templates, that sort of thing. It 
wouldn't bloat the code.
Or
Create such a page at wp.org, and have that linked from inside the 
install - so instead of saying try the Support Forums, it says try the 
Help page as well.
I'll create it if needed.
