[wp-docs] Code Blocks in wiki

I can't figure out how to get it to display a block of, say, CSS code. It just
runs it into one long sentence.
<nowiki></nowiki> will prevent any sort of typing being interpreted as wiki
formatting.
<code></code> will change the text to a mono-spaced font and puts a light grey
colour behind the text.
