[wp-docs] Forum help

This person is very stuck, and I'm at a loss.

How about a list for forum helpers to post to (it wouldn't need mass 
publicity) and those of you who know what's what with this coding 
business can be pointed at those threads where us regular people have 
hit a brick wall ?
We wouldn't flood you with requests, but ones like the thread above .. 
think of it like Craig's analogy .. we've driven them to the hospital, 
got all the vital signs, and now we need the medics :)
