[wp-docs] The FAQ

Hi all,
I thought a good way to create a faq would be to have a wordpress blog, 
with the following characteristics :
1) Each entry, or post, is a Question, and it's Answer.
2) The Category, or sub-category of a post conveys information about the 
aspect of wordpress the entry deals with.
3) The actual faq list would be the archive-by-category page.
4) The faq can grow, as users of the faq can leave comments as to how 
useful they found an answer, or what needs to be changed in an answer.
5) The entries themselves can come from the support forum posts, 
manually edited and organized. A lot of the questions in the forums are 
repeated, and searching the forums is good, but not always easy or 
intuitive.
6) The faq-blog can have a few maintainers/admins, recently 
answered/added questions will be the index.php page.

I would like to know your suggestions regarding this. I am willing to 
put in the effort to begin with.
