[wp-docs] The outline

This looks like a reasonable outline. It could be fleshed out a little 
more, but a good starting point nevertheless. I beleive it would be 
great if Matt, Cena and Craig could agree that we all work in the same 
general direction, and for that deciding on an outline, and a goal would 
be good too. Kitty, looks like you put a lot of time into this. :)

Is anyone working on a glossary/index-of-terms that defines all the 
terms used in the admin interface, and by wordpress is general? If not, 
I would like to start on that next.

Cena, I hope you read through the doc describing options I sent to the 
list. If you need any help with whatever you are writing, or if you have 
any idea's please let me know. I don't see you on #wordpress often these 
days :)

Cool, I think we can get all this done before the next release, with a 
little direction and motivation, and lots of help.
