[wp-docs] import-b2.php and readme.html

Cena,

I totally agreee with you about the readme. Maybe the "Documents" that 
are produced this time around can replace/supplant it. I changed it 
because it had something about import-b2 in it, which I changed, and 
then I though that I might as well improve the rest of it.
