Ah, ok. Why didn't she just Copy each options page out of the browser 
window and Paste it into Notepad? :-)

If such an index is necessary (and hopefully it will be less necessary 
as time goes on and the categorization is fine-tuned), maybe the list 
of options could be sorted alphabetically (with multiple synonyms for 
an item if necessary).

Cool. :-) I think the ultimate goal should be that nobody needs to post 
to http://wordpress.org/support/ any more. (We'll probably never 
achieve that, but we can try.)
