[wp-docs] Webpage with List of options WP 1.2

To add to Carthik's page, I've started a guide to the whole 1.2 backend, 
<a href="http://www.cenamayo.com/wpdocs/12admin.html">here</a>.

So far I've done sections on the Write and Edit screens, as well as 
Quicktags.

Note:  Any instances of [XXX] indicate an unknown quantity.
