Thanks for the feedback :)

I've just upgraded again, and yes, I had missed out some files that 
should be considered so I'll go through it again.

I only use nightlies, so I assume that upping to a stable version is the 
same. At present, there is no warning about using the nightlies - should 
there be one ?

As for ssh - I have *no* clue. I only use ssh for one aspect of my 
domain - .htpasswd For anything else, I really am clueless.

I also have no experience of b2 and upgrading, but I assume that the db 
changes are the only significant parts - I'll give it a whirl.

Also, I will link at the top to the Backup / One Click Backup 
instructions and make it clear that following those instructions before 
upgrading is pretty important.
