[wp-docs] Howto - Upgrading

Alrighty,
I'll probably tackle it before the weekend's over. HowTo import entries 
from a MovableType blog - it is.
2fargon/Carthik are both fine :). ( 2fargon on forums, or wherever the 
name appears on a webpage, for anonymity and cause I don't want my 
homepage to continue turning up no.1 on google on a search for my first 
name - it's a web-centric life :) )
