[wp-docs] Introduction

Howdy, gang!

I thought I'd help out with the WP documentation! My name's Randy 
Walker. You can find my hodge-podge collection of random thoughts (aka

What can I offer to the WPDocs team? Well, I have well over a year's 
experience writing technical documentation (how-to's, tip sheets, etc.) 
for my university's Blackboard installation. I like to think I was 
pretty good at it :)
