[wp-docs] Howto - Upgrading

Hi Podz,

Feedback
- Do you have a myhacks.php (or any plugins?) ?
- Have you changed any of the functions in any of the files, other than 
index.php?
I always use my ssh login to upgrade, wget to get the files and so on, 
you might want to mention upgrading using ssh.
You might want to ask them to save a copy of wp-config.php in any case, 
though I am sure it won't get overwritten/deleted. I am the 
superstitious kind, and I always save it :)
I think there might be folks wanting to upgrade from b2 or from 0.72, 
and I don't really know if the instructions for those would be any 
different, just checking.
Maybe you can mention that this HOWTO is for upgrading to stable 
versions, if upgrading to nightlies is different.

What say I start on an import-mt.php HOWTO, starting from exporting mt 
entries, and covering the 'changeme' password, and the fact that drafts 
don't come over, and a few other things? Or do I wait till version 1.2?
