Kudos to Cena for doing so much work doing an index on the forums. I really
like Matt's idea about assembling the FAQs out of that. Indexing the forums
will really help shape the FAQs. I'm not sure about indexing the forums in
the long-term, however, just on the bulk of work alone. I personally have
found the SEARCH function to be helpful in locating some of the answers I
have needed.

I had offered to help Cena with the indexing, but it looks as though that
job is pretty much in hand, or am I mistaken? I could certainly start taking
the indexes and make a draft list of what seem to be the FAQs, and then
compile the answers from the index, too. Of course, as the application
evolves, this will have to evolve as well, so perhaps an archive would be in
order as well? Or should we just let the old stuff drop off and not worry
about it?
