Currently there is no difference. In the future, "automatic" will be the 
hook where things like "bayesian filter" or "filter by blacklist" will 
come into play. In contrast to manual, where you decide comment by 
comment which one will make it to the blog, automatic will leave this 
decision to a filtering function/software that decides itself.
