[wp-docs] Documenting 1.0

Okay, Matt hit the key point I was worried about, which was trying to
make sure that there weren't ungodly gaps in the documentation when
1.0 code released. It's obvious that the documentation won't be at
1.0 levels when code 1.0 hits the streets, and I think we can be okay
with that [because, heck, we're behind the curve, and the nature of
open/free code is that the docs are always behind the curve, heh].

I just want to make sure that we get the important stuff from the dev
guys that they might need in there before the docs make the whole
effort look stupid.

If that doesn't parse, I blame the MSG in my Chinese food. [Why am I
suddenly sleepy?]
