[wp-docs] Documenting 1.0

That's a good question. The current documentation efforts are *not at 
all* a waste because there is a new version coming out. A couple of points:

* All the current undocumented features, template tags, etc will be there
* I can update documentation 100x faster than I can write it from scratch
* Other things, like the Geo stuff Cena wrote or the IRC connection 
guide, are still just as relevant

The only thing that's goin to change dramatically (I hope) is the 
options section. It's going to be significantly reorganized. However, 
most of the option text "help" kinda sucks. The options are still going 
to be there, just presented differently. So if you see an option that 
you think could have a better help attached to it, send it in.
