[wp-docs] Geo documentation

Are you using NEGATIVE Longitude? Western Hemisphere is described as 0 to
-180 degrees.

Okay, I've been fiddling around with the geo stuff in order to write up 
'that little something'.  However, it seems to be interpreting my 
longitude as East, rather than W. (so when I look up other geourls close 
by, they're all in China.  Um...I'm in Louisiana.  USA.).  I'm 
definitely entering it correctly (including the W) in the geo options 
page.  I'm using the latest CVS.  I don't know if this is a bug or if 
I'm just a dumbass (and therefore not qualified to write anything about 
the geourls function). But anyway.

help?
