[wp-docs] Second Draft of General FAQ

Craig, 

Great job you're doing with the faq.  My only comment is that I think the 'humor' is 
being laid on a bit thick.  It's nice, as it is in the WP install, when it's short and 
offhand, and doesn't detract from the information I'm trying to get to.

This, for example:

"Oh, and it's rumored to be a guy's son's uncle's sister's Mother's brother's cousin's half step-sister's
daughter's Father-in-law's nephew and butler to a dude who created Blogger."

is just belaboring the point.

I think the 'Why should I use WP' answer also  needs work.  Something like...well, basically what's contained
in the 'key features' section of the about page.  ( http://www.wordpress.org/about/features ).  Emphasis on ease of use,
standards compliance, and blog-power without a large footprint.  People want real information, not 'we think it's great'
marketing-talk.  I'll be glad to work on this particular section with you, if you like.

It might be helpful also if we could come up with a comparison chart of WP against the major blog tools, like MT, 
Blogger, GM, etc.  (Adding a section on 'why should I upgrade from b2?' might be useful as well.)
