[wp-cvs] error on installing wordpress-2004-06-11.zip

I ran into the same, after "cvs up" yesterday morning.  Got around using 
grep to find the ALTER TABLE statement for 'autoload' in the code.  
Manually performing the ALTER TABLE to add the autoload column seemed to 
do the trick.

Yes, I am running a site directly off a current CVS checkout.  No, this 
is not a recommended practice :).
